Just turned in my entry for Henshin Scramble round 3!

I'm not even going to begin to get into the dynamics of my week, so let's just say it's a miracle I got it in this time around. WHEW!!!

Whoa whoa whoa I'm a semifinalist in Henshin Scramble! Thanks judges, for choosing me.

That said, my opponent is C-2-158 [link] , whose hero's name is Actias Man. C-2-158 has a style that reminds me a lot of children's book illustration, which looks really cool in comic format. I plan on drawing a lot of Actias Man with his buddies the luna moths.

First, I'd like to apologize to the people who I promised cameos to in this round. I know I said I'd do them, but it ended up that I was cramming out pages up till the last five minutes of the deadline last night. That and...well I couldn't remember exactly who I promised cameos to...I blame the internet!

So the beginning of the school semester is my excuse for having such a rushed, confusing comic. I blame Merely-Mango for my woes, on account of it's her fault I even joined Henshin Scramble in the first place!

I passed to the next round of Henshin Scramble! The wait was killing me - but now I know! My next opponent is Guyman, who has technological powers the likes of which poor Jane Condor has never seen. He also has an edgy, digital style, which'll be tough to compete with, especially since the artist is a wizard with photoshop coloring. Well, I sure ain't, and if there's gonna be any color it'll be with markers and colored pencils, dammit! I can be archaic if I want to!

So there's my opponent, and the both of us must enter battle with a large, city-rending monster of Gojira-like proportions. Come September 10th, I'll hopefully have kicked my tail in gear enough to get this done. I'll also have learned how to link my files together...I hope...

I have finished Henshin Scramble round one and found that Whitetiger is a really great cartoonist. She completed 20+ pages of art, plus had hysterically funny dialogue. Really a worthy opponent! I'm psyched to see how the judges'll do their thing.
